Interior Design and Feng Shui Services

Feng Shui and Design Full Consultation For
Homes and Businesses

On-site consultation starts from observation of the neighborhood environment as well as exterior/interior spaces. I will analyze the pattern of the chi flow and give “cures” or adjustments to create more harmony and balance in the space.
As needed, I will also teach how  to raise the clients chi. Cures includes use of light, sound, color, plants, mirrors and crystals, as well as simply rearranging the furniture and artwork the client already has. I will suggest practical and creative interior design solutions from the perspective of Feng Shui. I will also review plans and specifications provided by the client’s architect or designer.

1. $325 for up to 2-1/2 hour consultation.
2. $95 per additional hour.
3. Additional travel fee for locations outside the Los Angeles Metro area

Feng Shui & Interior Design Services for New Constructions and Remodeling

This service is available for home and business owners who are building a new home/facility, planning additions and remodeling to existing building. I will work with the client’s design team, architect and contractors, from the beginning of the project. My role as a Feng Shui Designer is to insure that all the team members integrate Feng Shui principles and interior design requirements into their assigned design areas. As an Interior Designer, I will offer services in the areas of interior space planning, finish specifications (such as flooring, wall treatment & paint colors), lighting design, furnishings/art/accessory selections, purchasing and installation.

Feng Shui & Interior Design Specialized Consultation 
for Home and Business Owners

On-site consultations which focus on one specific area of interest such as building wealth, attracting loving relationships, developing fame & reputation, advancing career, encouraging family harmony, supporting children, deepening self-knowledge, cultivating helpful people or enhancing good health.

1. $ 175 for up to 1 hour and 15 minute consultation.
2. $ 95 per additional hour on one selected area of interest.

On-site consultations which focus on selecting interior paint colors for your home and office. Color selections are made according to Feng Shui color theory together with practical and tasteful Interior Design principles.

This is a “Mini” Interior Design service for people who do not require full design services but want a little help on “putting a space together”. I will go shopping for you and/or with you for Feng Shui items and furnishings and accessories at local stores.

Clutter and disorganization are one of the biggest enemies of good Feng Shui. This is a simple yet powerful assistance I offer to people who are overwhelmed by too much “stuff” in their lives. I will guide you through the process step-by-step and work with you to create a space of ease and clarity.

1. $ 175 for up to 1 hour and 15 minute consultation.
2. $ 95 per additional hour.

This service is offered to the clients who are buying a new home or looking for a new office space. I will assist in narrowing down the prospects and suggest the best location and space for the client. This can be done as on-site analysis or telephone consultation.

1. $ 175 for up to 1 hour and 15 minute on site consultation. ($95 for additional hour.)
2. $ 100 for up to 1/2 hour telephone consultation. ($75 per additional hour.) 

Feng Shui Consultation to Sell a House or Business

This consultation is specifically designed to sell a house or business. Even many attractive houses possess overlooked aspects that subtly dissuade potential buyers. I will identify and remedy these, and enhance the home's strong points.

1. $325 for up to 2-1/2 hour consultation.
2. $95 for additional hour.

Telephone Consultation

This service is available for the client who lives in outside of metro LA area. A Basic floor plan sketch will be provided and questionnaire will be filled by the client prior to the telephone interview. Feng Shui analysis and cures will be given over the telephone.

1. $100 for up to 1/2 hour consultation.
2. $75 per additional hour.

Feng Shui Consultation for Design Professionals

This consultation is for Architects, Interior Designers, Planners and Contractors who are interested in incorporating Feng Shui principles into their projects. I will meet at the beginning of the project and/or review the plans in progress.

1. $325 for up to 2-1/2 hour consultation.
2. $95 for additional hour.

Feng Shui Consultation for Real Estate Agents

Real estate agents can benefit from knowledge of Feng Shui. This one-on-one tutorial focuses on “selling the house” and/or “finding the best house” for the agent’s clients. I will also touch on “The Five Element Personality Type” analysis, which helps to match the buyer to the right kind of house.

1. $325 for up to 2-1/2 hour consultation.
2. $95 per additional hour.

Space Clearing, Blessing Ceremony

Beginnings and Endings are powerful milestones in life. How we mark these periods of change directly effects their subsequent unfoldment. I provide traditional ceremonies for space clearing and blessings for all the special occasions in your life: For times of new beginning - Moving into a new house or office, to celebrate a new relationship, wedding, starting a new job, birth of a child, at the time of grand opening of business, at the ground breaking for new construction and remodeling. To mark important events - anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, memorials and celestial markings. For easing difficult life situations - death in family, unfortunate events, illness, bankruptcy and predecessor problems.

1. $175 for up to 1 hour and 15 minute ceremony.
